• Startups or Companies looking for funding will approach Vasishta Angels and register themselves as Network Members and will share their necessary information and submit their funding proposal.
• High Networth Individuals, NRIs, PIOs and Companies with surplus funds will be approached by Vasishta Team and request them to register as Network Investor in the Platform - Angels
• First-Level Screening : Investment Advisors of Vasishta Angels will study the information of the company and will do investment analysis of the company and prepare an Investment Scorecard individually.
• Next-Level : If the average investment score of the company is above cut-off score, then the shortlisted company - proposal will be moved to next level to In-house Research Department. Analysts of Vasishta will analyze the company and prepare an Equity Research Report - Flyer and disclose the investment scorecard of all the Advisors done for shortlisting in their report and copy will be given to respective startup - company.
• The shortlisted Startups or Company’s Research Report along with scorecard, pitch deck and financials will be shared with Network Investor
• Monthly once Investor Meet will be conducted and shortlisted startups will present / pitch to the Angels - Network Investors ( one hour time will be given to each company ) to clarify the queries of Investors.
• If interested, the Angel Network Investor will convey his acceptance and will sign the term-sheet and release funds to their selected companies, individually or collectively at their own risk.
